Matthew and Jeanne Holt of Laurel announce the marriage of their daughter, Jessica Lynne Holt, to Elliott Donald Harvey Jr., son of Elliott Valerie Harvey, of Ellicott City, on April 4.
The bride is a graduate of Laurel High School, received a bachelor's degree in education from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a master's degree in education from Walden University. She is a Prince George's County teacher and owner of Adventures in Camp. She is the granddaughter of Charles and Jeanne Bartz of Laurel, and the late Wayne and Caroline Holt.
The groom is a graduate of Mount Hebron High School in Ellicott City and Anne Arundel Community College. He is a recent graduate from Nyack College in Washington, D.C., with a degree in organizational management, and will be continuing his education to complete his bachelor's degree in June. He is employed at Tower Federal Credit Union.
The best man was Troy Harvey and the maid of honor was Nicole Turner. The couple went on a Caribbean cruise to Jamaica and the Cayman Islands for their honeymoon and reside in West Laurel.
